Slow Roasted Pecans

| 1lb. Tucker Pecan halves | 1 stick butter or margarine | |||
| Salt to taste | ||||

|
Place TUCKER pecans on heavy cookie sheet and place in oven preheated to 225°. Bake, stirring frequently (every 10 to 15 minutes) for one hour. Remove and pour butter over pecans. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Stir and return to oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool on paper towel and store in airtight container. |
