Nutty Chicken Salad

| 3 cups cubed cooked chicken | 3 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickles | |||
| 2 Tbsp. Durkee’s Dressing (mustard) | 1 cup chopped Tucker pecans | |||
| 2 tsp. lemon juice | 4 hard cooked eggs, chopped | |||
| ½ tsp. pepper | ¾ cup mayonnaise | |||
| 1 ½ cups chopped celery | ½ tsp. salt | |||

|
Combine all ingredients, add mayonnaise. Chill. Serve on lettuce cups. Yield: 6 servings. |
