Carrot Bread

| 2/3 cup cooking oil | 1 cup grated carrots | |||
| 1 tsp. nutmeg | 1 ½ cups flour | |||
| 1 cup sugar | ¾ cup chopped Tucker pecans | |||
| ½ tsp. salt | ½ tsp. baking powder | |||
| 2 eggs, beaten | 1 tsp. cinnamon | |||

|
Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for one hour. Test after 45 minutes.. |
