Pecan Sand Tarts

½ lb. butter 1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped Tucker pecans 2 cups cake flour sifted
½ cup confectioner’s sugar

Cream butter, add sugar. Stir well and add flour, nuts, and vanilla. Shape into crescents, bake on ungreased cookie pan at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until light brown. Roll in additional powdered sugar while warm. Makes 4 dozen.
